SRC Artist - Rose Cowles
This year's illustrator is Rose Cowles.
Rose lives in Victoria, BC and is a Governor General Award nominated artist. She earned a three year diploma in Illustration from Sheridan College in 1990 and has been designing and illustrating books ever since.
Rose has won many awards for both book illustration and graphic design. Her picture books are printed and sold both nationally and internationally.
